Why is it that…
- The week before a vacation, everything seems to blow up at work.
- As soon as I feel I’m going to tell someone what I really think, they say or do something very nice to me.
- No matter how much sleep I get, I feel like I’m drugged in the morning. Every. Morning.
- I get so anxious for cooler weather (autumn is my favorite!), but it’s gets too cold – too quick!
If you can’t tell… this is being a tough week for me. But luckily, my St. Louis Cardinals are playing Game 1 of the World Series tonight! So, I’ll escape the world for a little while.
PS – Almost five years ago, the Cards were playing Game 1 of the 2006 World Series on the best night of my life!
