For the last several months, my hubby has been getting up early in the morning to squeeze in a workout before heading off to work. Initially, I thought his would provide the motivation I need to also get up and get my rear in gear! Regrettably…. It has not worked out very well yet. I Try to go back to sleep, but it’s only an extra 30 mins so i feel like I’m doing more harm than good.
This morning, while laying in bed I check the twitter/fb feed (I’m always amazed how many updates the rest of the world makes while I sleep!). I find out that we slept through a very small scale quake (4.2 mag). My first thought was about my poor dogs… Who knows what they were thinking!
Anyways, it’s off to work I go! Fueled by this fabulous breakfast (we were out of my standard oatmeal).
